Mask
Create a clay mask using a plaster cast of your face or by creating a mold from paper. Consider making your mask a reflection of who you are by creating a realistic representation of yourself, , an abstracted version of yourself, or a symbolic version of yourself. The options are endless but make it unique to you. Appropriation of ideas is allowable but replication is not.
Your mask must sit flat against a wall without large gaps at the top and bottom.
Use additive and subtractive methods (applique, carving, incising, piercing and impressing) to decorate your mask.
Paint or glaze your mask to accentuate your work. Consider including mixed media embellishments.

8 points: Craftsmanship, quality, effort, and creativity (including paint/glaze quality)
